A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctor is lovely, answers questions well, and gives good advice. If I forget a question, they give me time to think and wait for an answer. ^^ The nurses at the counter are also good and lovely. I had some questions that were problematic, and they took great action. I'm very impressed with this....
