A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service was excellent. Appointment reminders were sent before every appointment. Problems or questions were answered quickly. The doctor's assistant (Nan) was very friendly, kind, and lovely. The doctor was attentive, gentle, and gave excellent advice.
