A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Please inform the customer whether there are available slots or not. Don't tell the customer to come at a specific time and then leave them waiting indefinitely, only to blame them for not making an appointment beforehand [even though they inquired in advance about available slots].
