I had a bad experience. The doctor was gentle, but waiting 30 minutes to pay was unacceptable. There was no notification whatsoever; they just ignored me, even though there weren't many customers. This needs improvement. It wasted my time and left me feeling frustrated. Couldn't they have just asked...
