A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic is clean, and the doctor and staff provide excellent service and advice. They are honest about critical or urgent issues, and they are open to feedback and suggestions based on the patient's wishes, without pressuring them to do anything.
