A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctor gave excellent advice, answered questions with easy-to-understand explanations, and the staff were polite. The clinic was clean, air-conditioned, and easily accessible. There was parking and a golf cart service provided.
