This was a long time ago, back in September 2014. I'm not trying to make any demands, just wanted to review what I experienced. My boyfriend used the 30 baht card (Gold Card) to get a filling. When he went, his teeth were fine, but when he came back, his teeth were chipped, as shown in the picture....
