A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The staff are very attentive. The call center always reminds me of my appointments. The best thing is that they also send me SMS reminders. The doctor is lovely and gives excellent advice. There are good promotions and freebies too.
