A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The staff provided excellent advice. The doctor and assistants were also very helpful. They inquired about our needs beforehand, without pressuring us, and clearly explained the details, necessity of the procedure, and the cost to help us make a decision.
