A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
It's a truly dedicated practice. Thanks to Dr. Umay, I no longer hesitate to come to the dentist. Ms. Beste was also always helpful with all appointment requests. I definitely recommend visiting! :)
