I went to the clinic for an implant. They took an X-ray and it turned out that when I had a tooth extracted in Russia, they left a root I hadn't even suspected was there. They removed it and immediately installed the implant. The whole procedure took about 20 minutes. I'm thrilled! It wasn't painful...
