A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctor is good in his service. He is friendly and polite... but I don't like the service at the registration desk. He is indifferent, impolite, busy playing with his cell phone. I registered my child. They were busy playing with their cell phones... hmmmm... the answers were not very friendly.
