A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I've been calling all last week and nobody answers the phone, it's the same this week. If they're on vacation, they should say so in an answering machine message or on their website... Communication is 0/10. I'll call my insurance company and ask them to give me another location...
