A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic is well-structured and the staff is well-trained. If the work isn't done well, they won't do it. By finding and working on the problem, they get the best results. I'm satisfied with the work done (what can I say about education and people who know how to do their job).
