A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Unfortunately I am not satisfied. I arrived in Croatia independently and on the phone they told me that the cost of the trip would be deducted from the estimate, but this was not the case, after which I paid in advance while waiting to be treated. It is a strange way of operating but it is not over...
