I booked an appointment about two weeks ago, for which I had left a 60 euro deposit for a cleaning. I gave 20 hours' notice that my work schedule had changed and I wouldn't be able to make it, and they told me I had to wait 24 hours beforehand or I'd lose the deposit. Terrible.
