A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The physical structure was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff lacked knowledge of the procedures to be performed, and one dentist in particular (I don't remember his name) was rude, unfit to treat patients, and did not meet the delivery dates for the prostheses.
