A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The care is excellent, however, I think they should better manage their appointment times. It wouldn't be a bad idea if they could recommend an estimated time for each patient. It would be better if they scheduled me for a 4:00 appointment than if they told me to come at 2:30 and see me at 4:00.
