A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service was excellent, from both the staff and the doctors. They always inform you of the cost beforehand. It's a clinic with doctors in all specialties, modern equipment, and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.
