A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, but they made me wait another 40 minutes without informing me of anything. They didn't tell me what I was waiting for unless I asked. If I had to wait 5-10 minutes, that would have been acceptable. They didn't keep to the time and didn't even explain why....
