A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I've used their services more than once before. The staff are polite and the service is well-organized. The doctor is also very polite and gives excellent advice. The clinic itself has a nice atmosphere and is clean.
