3 days ago I had a long-delayed extraction of all 4 unerupted "figure eights" here. I was afraid that LA would not be effective enough and I would writhe in pain, but the opposite was true, only slight pressure was felt, so there is nothing to worry about at all. The procedure lasted only 20 minutes...
