A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctor is lovely, talkative, and gives excellent advice. She's gentle and constantly checks on the patient's condition. (I'm not sure of the doctor's name, but she's available every Monday.)
