A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I'm a little disappointed with the gynecological consultation fees. They charge you for the consultation, and then you have to pay for another consultation just to read the test results. And they only tell you on the day of the appointment! I wasn't expecting that.
