A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They try to get your money for whatever reason, they make up things you don't even have, I encourage you to think twice before going, if you don't want to spend a fortune on problems you don't even have (fake cavities, root canals just for the sake of it, etc.)
