A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They do good work, but if you're not careful, they'll charge you more than the initial estimate. It's happened to me that they told me certain things wouldn't be charged, and then they tried to charge me for them... they're very disorganized with the billing, but it always works out in their favor....
