A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
From the two visits so far I am happy with the experience. The place is clean and they were almost on time. What really sets them apart from other private ordinations is that they also do work covered by HZZO (insurance).
