A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The place is clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly. Furthermore, the doctor's explanations are easy to understand, and the work is thorough (I happened to be getting a scaling treatment).
