A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctors and staff are friendly, and the place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are free drinks and snacks. If you're bringing children, there's also ice cream and toys to play with so they don't get bored while waiting.
