A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctor and staff were friendly, and the service was also excellent. They explained everything in detail. The room was fully air-conditioned, and there were welcome drinks and snacks for those who wished to take them.
