A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
This is the first place where I've received such excellent service. The first thing they did was listen to the patient. The reception staff were excellent, as were the attendants and dentists. Everything was very good, and it's clear!
