Disorganized. I waited 3.5 months for a simulation that I was supposed to get in "2, max 3 weeks". The lady or lady who answers the phone is rude and unapproachable. No one apologized in the end due to obvious multiple failures on their part. Same mold as the famous I smile - nice looking, but poor...
