A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I do not recommend them. Poor patient care. I wear self-ligating braces and, occasionally, problems occur such as brackets coming loose, which can expose the wire and injure the inside of my mouth. I sent a message more than two hours ago reporting a problem and have received no response whatsoever....
