A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The communication is awful and the service isn't much better. They send information via WhatsApp that doesn't match what the clinic offers. You wait an hour to be seen only to be told they don't perform your procedure, even though they confirmed they did via WhatsApp. Furthermore, the clinic closes...
