A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I don't recommend it; just to open your mouth costs a thousand reais. The dentist does something before you even pay at the counter, and then you have to pay for something you didn't even know about. I'm never setting foot in that clinic again.
