A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Very bad, kind of dirty, I had to have the cleaning redone by another dentist the following week. I don't recommend it. They make a copy of the patient's ID and keep it, which I think is wrong! Disappointed. "Super friendly receptionists"... not really. Appointments through the plan take a long time...
