A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service is good. The punctuality of the service leaves something to be desired, as we scheduled an appointment for a certain time and the patient waited for hours. No one answers the phone. Procedures are very time-consuming.
