A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The staff are very attentive, but the service is HORRIBLE! No one ever answers the phone, and it takes hours to get a response via WhatsApp – and when you do get through, it's an automated reply saying they're closed. I chose another clinic because it was simply impossible to schedule an appointment...
