A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic is very good and cozy. After finishing the treatment, I had a small problem with a report, but everything was resolved. It's impossible to rate it based solely on one event, which I believe was an isolated incident.
