A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I've been with them for over 2 years, and they always perform the procedure with care and hygiene. What I like most about the clinic is its efficiency; I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. 1000/1000!!!
