A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I recommend them. I have always received excellent service, with respect for appointments and schedules. The entire staff, as well as the dentists, are very attentive. During my appointment, all safety protocols were followed.
