Day-by-day plan

Day 1 (Sunday)

Arrival

Morning
Land at PNH mid-morning, coordinator pickup at arrivals.
Afternoon
Transfer to BKK1 hotel. Light lunch, check-in, rest.
Evening
Welcome dinner at a soft-Khmer-friendly restaurant — kuy teav noodle soup or grilled fish at a Sisowath Quay riverside cafe.
Day 2 (Monday)

Consultation and CBCT

Morning
9am clinic appointment: full medical history, photos, panoramic X-ray, 3D CBCT scan, treatment plan confirmed in writing.
Afternoon
Free time. Most patients walk to the National Museum (15 min walk from BKK1, 5 from Daun Penh clinics) for an air-conditioned 90-minute primer on Khmer art.
Evening
Early dinner. Rest before treatment day.
Day 3 (Tuesday)

Main treatment day

Morning
9am clinic: digital smile design preview (veneers) or implant placement (single trip cases). 90 to 180 minutes depending on case.
Afternoon
Recovery at hotel. Soft food. Coordinator WhatsApp check-in.
Evening
Light dinner. Hotel pool floating from late afternoon for non-surgical cases.
Day 4 (Wednesday)

Recovery + Royal Palace

Morning
Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda visit (90 minutes self-guided). Gentle outdoor activity, modest dress.
Afternoon
Lunch at a riverside cafe. Mekong sunset cruise booked for 5pm departure.
Evening
Dinner on board the cruise — kuy teav and grilled fish are typical soft-food options.
Day 5 (Thursday)

Lab fabrication day (veneers) or final fitting (crowns)

Morning
Veneers: free morning while the lab fabricates. Russian Market or Toul Tom Poung shopping. Crowns: clinic visit for permanent crown try-in and adjustment.
Afternoon
Free time. Hotel pool, cafes in BKK1.
Evening
Dinner at a slightly more substantial restaurant — by now you can chew comfortably on most foods.
Day 6 (Friday)

Final fitting and bite balancing

Morning
Clinic appointment: final crown or veneer bonding, bite check, occlusal balancing. Treatment is now clinically complete.
Afternoon
Celebration lunch. Many patients use this for a final souvenir shopping run.
Evening
Dinner with the coordinator if scheduling allows — useful for any last questions about aftercare or future trips.
Day 7 (Saturday)

Final review and departure

Morning
Morning final review at clinic confirms the bite has settled overnight. Aftercare briefing covers home care, future hygiene visits, the treatment coordination support process.
Afternoon
Coordinator transfer back to PNH for afternoon flight home.
Evening
In-flight relaxation.

Adjusting the plan to your case

10-veneer smile makeover: Add 2 to 3 days for the larger lab fabrication window. Becomes a 9 to 10 day trip.

Single implant Trip 1: Compresses to 4 days because the placement is the main event and the rest of the trip is recovery. Saves on hotel and meals.

Multi-tooth crown work: Sits within this 7-day frame comfortably. The lab fabrication runs in parallel.

If adding Siem Reap and Angkor Wat: Extend by 4 days. Fly PNH to REP on Day 7 morning instead of going home, do the Angkor temple visit on Days 8 to 10, fly home from REP on Day 11.

Your coordinator finalises the actual day-by-day with you in writing once the case is confirmed. The above is a representative shape, not a fixed protocol.
