The honest assessment

Bali is a fundamentally different trip. Where Phnom Penh delivers an urban-capital experience with cultural-heritage depth, Bali delivers resort recovery in a leisure setting most Australian patients already know.

Pricing differs meaningfully. Phnom Penh's US$780 single implant versus Bali's US$950 to US$1,300 is a 20 to 40% gap. On a multi-implant or All-on-4 case, the savings compound into thousands of dollars. The Phnom Penh trip is also typically about 20% cheaper end-to-end (treatment + 9 nights hotel + flights) than the Bali equivalent.

Bali wins on familiarity for the AU east-coast market and on the lifestyle wrap-around. If you would already be considering a Bali holiday, adding dental work to it is a natural fit. If your trip is primarily about the dentistry and you want to add cultural immersion, Phnom Penh wins.
