Great experience with Dios Dental in Sanur. I live in Lombok & came to bali for professional dental extraction & was not disappointed. Dental Surgeon Dr. Wayan was very professional & clearly explained the procedure for wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was pain free and over in 20minutes. I will have a check up later this week. The price may be higher than other dental clinics but the service speaks for itself. Thank you team 🙏🏼

I'm on a 4 month backpacking trip and unfortunately I got pain in my wisdom tooth. We chose to go to Sanur here in Bali because of the good reviews. I was very skeptical myself, as I usually hate going to the dentist, but it was probably one of the best experiences I've had. My wisdom tooth had to be removed and it only took 30 minutes! The staff was incredibly nice and the dentist was absolutely superb. Huge recommendation from here.

I first went to DIOS on the recommendation of Sunset Dental for a tooth extraction that they could not complete which needed the expertise of an oral surgeon. The first experience a couple of years ago was great, as was a second extraction about 2 months ago. Today I needed some other dental work done and once again was very satisfied with the prompt service, communication, professionalism and very fair price. I will be making DIOS my regular dentist from hereon.

Dear owner, please read and correct the service. I started with Dr. Implant here, who provided excellent quality. So I also attended a root canal treatment retreat with Dr. Ima, SP.KG, which resulted in a terrible outcome. On my first visit, the root couldn't be completely removed, even after two x-rays. The needle was stuck in the wrong root path, causing it to bend. Repeated attempts took up to 30 minutes, only to insert the needle in the wrong direction... Even though each visit costs 1,050,000 rupiah. They told me during the root removal procedure, my mouth wouldn't respond, that it would hurt if the root wasn't completely removed, or something else. I don't understand because I couldn't respond to my mouth implant or the effects of the anesthetic. They also didn't explain the dangers. About half the root was still left, and an hour after I left, the pain was excruciating. I reported it and was told to come back as scheduled, in a week. And finally, after 3 days, I was told to buy painkillers through the receptionist on WhatsApp. They should have informed me and given me a prescription during my visit. Root canal treatment is not recommended here, and scaling is also too expensive here, so I'd rather go to the hospital. NOTE: If you want to explain things to patients, please do it during the last session, not when I'm unable to speak or respond due to the treatment and the effects of the anesthesia. And if you do talk, please remove your mask; people won't understand what you're saying. And if you already know that even the smallest needle is blocked and bent when removing the root, you should immediately find another way to find the root path rather than spending 30 minutes or 500,000 Rupiah just to repeatedly insert the needle into a blocked tooth. It's really bad. The cost of the X-ray should have been disclosed up front, so it wouldn't have caught me by surprise.

Was very apprehensive about having a wisdom tooth extracted, but it was totally painless! Didn’t even know the stitches were in until Dr. Wayan said, “we’re all done,” then showed me on the screen, and then the tooth sitting on the tray. Amazing! A little discomfort from the novocaine injections, but that was about it! Thank you Dr. Wayan🙏
