HeySmile Dental Clinic is an independent clinic at 155/8 Sukhumvit 21 (Asok Montri) Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, a five-minute walk from BTS Asok exit 3 and from MRT Sukhumvit, and a few minutes from Terminal 21 and the Sukhumvit hotel district. The clinic occupies floors 1 to 3 and is open every day from 09:30 to 19:30.
Treatment in English
Every appointment is handled in English, from the examination through to the written treatment plan, and the front desk answers in English on WhatsApp before you fly. Our dentists trained at Mahidol, Chulalongkorn, Chiang Mai and Lund University. For patients claiming on insurance at home, we issue an itemised English receipt showing the clinic licence number, the dentist name, the tooth numbers and the procedures, together with a short treatment report.

Facilities
Individual treatment rooms, an on-site X-ray room with panoramic and small-film imaging, a sterilisation area and a private consultation room. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and drinking water in the waiting area. Most patients arrive on the BTS or the MRT; there is street and motorcycle parking nearby.
Your first visit
Examination and X-rays first, then the dentist explains the options and the price before anything starts. Payment is made at the clinic once you have agreed the plan: cash in Thai baht or a major credit card, with no card surcharge and no deposit required to book. Reception calls to confirm each appointment the day before.

How much does a dental implant cost?
The package price includes the implant, a zirconia crown and the X-ray: 49,900 THB with an Osstem or Dentium implant, 59,900 THB with Hiossen and 75,000 THB with Straumann. Bought separately the implant alone is 30,000 to 50,000 THB depending on the brand and the zirconia crown is 25,000 to 30,000 THB. Bone grafting or a sinus lift, if you need one, is quoted after the examination.
How much is teeth whitening and how long does it take?
Pola Office+ is 3,590 THB and takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Opalescence Boost with the dentist is 5,990 THB and takes 45 to 60 minutes. Philips Zoom WhiteSpeed is 7,900 THB and takes about 45 minutes. A take-home kit with custom trays is 4,990 THB, and the in-clinic session together with the take-home kit is 8,990 THB.
How do I get to the clinic?

What are your opening hours?
Every day from 09:30 to 19:30, Bangkok time. Reception answers WhatsApp during those hours in English and Thai.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No deposit is needed to book an appointment. You pay at the clinic after the examination, once you have seen and agreed the treatment plan. We take cash in Thai baht and the major credit cards, with no card surcharge. For implants a deposit is taken when you book the surgery itself, and that amount is part of the package price.
Can I claim the treatment on my insurance at home?
Most international plans reimburse dental treatment. Ask us at the counter and we will issue an itemised receipt in English showing the clinic licence number, the dentist name, the tooth numbers and each procedure, together with a short treatment report.
Is the check-up included?
Yes. A dentist examines your teeth at the start of every visit and explains the options and the price before anything starts. A small X-ray film is 200 THB and a panoramic film is 800 THB when one is needed.
Can you see me the same day for a toothache?
Message us on WhatsApp and reception will tell you the first time available that day. An emergency visit to relieve the pain from an infected tooth is 1,500 to 2,500 THB, a tooth extraction is 800 to 1,500 THB, and full root canal treatment is 7,000 to 15,000 THB depending on the tooth.
