I visited for a second opinion. I had an unsettling experience at another dentist in Ho Chi Minh City, so I was looking for a dentist I could trust. Dr. Matsumoto is very accurate and professional. He carefully checks the patient's condition before proceeding with treatment. I've been to many dentists in the past, but personally I feel he is the most trustworthy dentist I've ever come across. I'm truly grateful to have found this doctor in Ho Chi Minh City.

I am continually amazed at the quality and attention to detail that I receive at Westcoast. I have been coming to Westcoast International Dental Clinic every year since 2010 except the 3 years of Covid. 11 annual visits. I have had 9 crowns and two root canal treatments over that period. I have had Dr Tien for every visit since 2011. Dr Tien has completed her Masters in Dentistry at Sydney University. Dr Tien is very capable and is also very gentle. I am continually amazed at the quality and attention to detail that I receive. Westcoast has the latest equipment, products and procedures. They also keep up with the latest dental advances. Dr Tien does an excellent clean and check. In December 2024 I returned to Vietnam for my latest visit to get a second opinion which has differed greatly from my Australian dentist. I am very happy with Dr Andrew and Dr Tien’s latest recommendations and work that has been performed and has saved me many thousands of dollars from what it would have cost in Australia. Dr Andrew explained why I didn’t need to have that work done. The guarantee is second to none, as I have had several procedures done where the fee was waived and I thought no fault on their part. Dr Andrew, the Clinical Director, is highly skilled and has offered honest advice. Westcoast has also completed 2 implants and bridge on my son’s top front teeth several years ago. He was very happy with the result. I will continue to visit Westcoast in future years for my dental work.

I had a complete mouth reconstruction. That is, 28 crowns and 1 implant, and my son filled several cavities. The service we received was very professional. The result is perfect; I highly recommend this clinic.

I would like to thank the team at Westcoast International Dental Clinic (Norfolk Mansion) in Ho Chi Minh City for their excellent expertise and care. Dr. Tram Anh made my dental cleaning feel calm and easy, and she took the time to clearly explain my X-rays. I especially want to thank Dr. Andrew H. F. Tsang for my wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth was challenging to remove, but his method, and calm, patient approach made me feel completely safe throughout. I had minimal pain and a surprisingly quick recovery. The video consultation before the procedure meant a lot to me and helped me feel confident and well prepared. I truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve had the most amazing experience with Dr Andrew and Dr Nhu An over the last two week with 4 implants and many repairs done and Capping. With my job as Transport Driver it’s not always easy to look after my teeth properly so there was plenty of work to be done and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to coming back to have more treatment. Dr Andrew and Dr Nhu An after initial consultation gave me several options that were explained easily and I chose the one best suited with absolutely no persuasion either way. They are a great team and work very well together. From Receptionist team through Surgery then fillings and Capping was a great experience. Very happy to give 5 Star. 😁
