- Specialist referral pathway documented for cases outside generalist scope
Materials and brand integrity (3 points)
- Implant brand authenticity verified – invoices, lot numbers, manufacturer registration on file
- Crown and veneer materials (E.max, zirconia) sourced from named lab with documented chain
- No substitution of premium brands with budget alternatives without disclosure
Post-treatment infrastructure (3 points)

Disqualification criteria
A clinic fails verification – and is removed from the SmileJet network – for any of the following:
- Implant brand counterfeiting or substitution discovered
- Sterilisation protocol failure on biological indicator testing
- Treatment performed outside operator scope without documented specialist supervision
- Pricing inconsistency between SmileJet quote and clinic charge on arrival
- Failure to provide post-treatment records within agreed timeframe
- Unresolved patient complaints not handled per SmileJet escalation pathway

Annual re-inspection cycle
Initial listing is not permanent. SmileJet operates an annual re-inspection cycle for all Hanoi partner clinics, supplemented by continuous patient feedback monitoring.

Every Hanoi partner clinic is re-inspected once per year against the full 18-point standard. Re-inspection is unannounced or short-notice – not pre-arranged months in advance. The re-inspection process checks whether equipment certifications have been renewed, autoclave biological indicator logs are current, and staffing changes have been disclosed.
Patient feedback monitoring
SmileJet collects structured feedback from every Hanoi patient at 30 days and 6 months post-treatment.
