The staff provided good service, but the braces caused my molars to be spaced apart, food particles often got stuck, leading to tooth decay and gum inflammation. Even though for many years I had taken very good care of my teeth and never had tooth decay, but since getting braces here, food particles have gotten in very frequently. The doctor said, "Will my teeth move back?" I was very disappointed. I made a mistake getting braces here a second time.

On 9 October 2025, I visited BFC Dental for a routine cleaning. During the procedure, two of my existing fillings were dislodged — both were intact and fully functional prior to treatment. I have been seeing the same dentist in another country for years, and these fillings had never presented any issues. This should never happen during a standard cleaning. Following the incident, I experienced severe inflammation, bleeding, and ongoing pain. I remained at the clinic for over three hours attempting to reach a resolution in good faith. Despite knowing that I was traveling in a couple days, the clinic's only proposal was for me to return for refilling once the area healed — something their own dentist admitted would take several days, making it medically and logistically impossible. Rather than taking accountability for clear provider error, BFC Dental refused to reimburse the cost of corrective treatment at another clinic, citing "company policy." This response disregards basic standards of professional responsibility and patient care. I have since filed formal complaints with both the Dental Council of Thailand and the Office of the Consumer Protection Board, citing provider negligence, unprofessional conduct, and failure to remedy damage caused during treatment. Patients deserve transparency, competence, and accountability — qualities that were entirely absent in my experience with BFC Dental.
