Well, if you're looking for a dentist around here, Westcoast is the place to go. It's a small world... that's how I ended up with Arne, who lived in the next village over from where I lived in Germany. Plus, it was cheaper than at home, and everything was handled easily in German. So, don't be shy... ;-) things aren't always better at home! :-)))

While visiting Hanoi I experienced severe pain from a root canal issue. I was very fortunate that Dr. Sugimori and the clinic were located near my hotel and I could be seen quickly. While I wasn’t able to get a full treatment due to my limited time remaining in Vietnam, he performed an emergency treatment which along with medication totally eliminated my pain until I can see my dentist back home. His explanation was very clear and he demonstrated the problem with an advanced CT scan. He also gave me clear instructions for how to proceed when looking for care upon my return home. I want to thank the Dr. and staff for “saving “ my vacation!

I cannot recommend this dental clinic highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Arne was absolutely excellent. He is extremely professional, very skilled, and genuinely caring. He carried out extensive dental work for me (during my short visit to Hanoi)including crowns, and I am so impressed with both the quality and the results. Everything was explained clearly, he was always punctual, and he made sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The nurses were equally outstanding – attentive, gentle, and supportive at every stage of treatment. The reception staff Lan, Thanh and Ninh were warm, efficient, and highly organized, which made every visit smooth and stress-free. It is rare to find a clinic where every member of staff consistently provides such a high level of professionalism, kindness, and care. I am truly grateful for the work they have done, and I would recommend this clinic without hesitation to anyone seeking top-quality dental treatment.

I had a positive experience of my wisdom teeth removal here. I was nervous about the procedure, but the staff made me feel better, through their friendly, calm and approachable natures. Dr Andrew H.F. Tsang is skilful and gentle. My recovery time was speedy and uncomplicated. I felt supported by the clinic, and believe they would have taken care of any questions or provided extra assistance had it been necessary.

Die beste Zahnbehandlung überhaupt!! Ich war während meiner Reise in Vietnam wegen eines akuten Zahnproblems bei Dr. Arne Wiemann in Behandlung und habe selten einen so empathischen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Zahnarzt erlebt.🥹 Meine Situation war sehr belastend, da ich durch eine Entzündung eine starke Schwellung im Gesicht hatte. Dr. Wiemann konnte mir sofort helfen und hat meine Zähne gesamtheitlich betrachtet und nicht nur die Symptome. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert auf Deutsch mit sehr viel Fachwissen und Einfühlungsvermögen. Dr. Wiemann hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alles in Ruhe und super verständlich erklärt. Ich habe mich sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich sehr sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese außergewöhnlich gute Betreuung solche Ärzt*innen findet man leider nur selten.
