- Ask for a video consultation. Picasso offers these by Google Meet or Zoom (20 to 30 minutes).

A CBCT (cone-beam CT) scan is a 3D image of the jawbone, sinuses and nerves. A flat panoramic X-ray cannot show bone width or nerve position as clearly. It matters for single implants, All-on-4 and sinus lifts.

Why it matters
There can be two layers: the manufacturer's warranty on the implant, and the clinic's terms on the surgery and crown. You need both in writing.

If you are considering All-on-4 or All-on-6, full-mouth work, or have bone loss, add these:
B1, Who makes the bridge, and when is the final one fitted?
Picasso says All-on-4 includes a provisional fixed bridge on surgery day or the next, with the final bridge around six months after surgery.
B2, Do you scan digitally?
Picasso lists an iTero intraoral scanner at every branch.
B3, What graft material would you use if I need a bone graft?
Picasso's grafts run from 4,000,000 VND (synthetic) to 15,000,000 VND (Bio-Oss block).
B4, Do you offer sedation, and where?
Picasso's contact page sends implant and All-on-4 cases with sedation to its Vinmec Da Nang branch. Nothing says either Hanoi branch sedates, so ask.
B5, Is the final bridge included in the price?
At Picasso, no: All-on-4 is 150,000,000 to 220,000,000 VND per jaw and the permanent zirconia bridge is quoted separately. Ask for that quote in writing.
